Tin Can CT’s principal consultant is Pete Cooper, who has been active in the contact centre industry since 1996, and co-founded Tin Can CT in 2001.

Pete brings to projects both comprehensive technical skills and a solid history of business and customer service management. This broad view ensures that not only do technically-based projects get designed and implemented well, but that they are appropriate solutions to the challenges that organisations face.

He also possesses substantial experience in the areas of project and personnel management; client liaison; vendor sourcing and relations; and project scoping, costing, and budget adherence.

Based in Bangkok, Thailand, Pete is available for work globally.
